How can we help?

The answers people look for most are below. If yours is not there, write to us and a person will reply.

Write to us

Email devtaskhub@devtaskhub.com. Every message is read by a real person and usually answered within two working days.

Tell us which phone you use and what happened. It saves a round trip.

Purchases and sign-in

I bought an unlock and it is not showing.

Open the shop in the app and tap Restore purchases, using the same App Store or Google Play account that made the purchase. If it still does not appear, write to us.

The sign-in email has not arrived.

Look in your spam folder, then ask the app for a new link. A sign-in link works once and expires soon after it is sent, so open the newest one, on the phone where LifeMuseum is installed.

Everything else

Is LifeMuseum free?

Yes. It is free to download on iPhone and Android, and the museum, the Studio, search, Battles, posters and time capsules cost nothing, with no limit. Optional extras are one-time purchases, and Cloud Sync is a subscription.

Do I need an account?

No. The app opens straight into your museum. You only sign in, with a link sent to your email, to publish exhibits, use Couple Mode or switch on Cloud Sync.

Where are my photos stored?

On your phone, in a local database and your own photo library. Nothing is uploaded unless you publish an exhibit, share one in Couple Mode or switch on Cloud Sync.

Does it work without internet?

Yes. Exhibits, search, films, posters and statistics all work with no connection.

What happens when I change phones?

With Cloud Sync, sign in on the new phone and your museum comes back, photos and videos included. Without it, the museum stays on the device where you made it.

Can I share my films on Instagram or TikTok?

Yes. Films are saved to your phone as MP4 files at 1080 × 1920, ready for Reels, Stories and TikTok, with no watermark.

Which languages does the app speak?

Sixteen: English, Greek, Spanish, German, French, Italian, Portuguese, Russian, Turkish, Arabic, Urdu, Hindi, Bengali, Chinese, Japanese and Korean.

How old do I have to be?

LifeMuseum is for people aged 16 and over.

How do I delete my account?

In the app, open your profile and tap Delete account. Your public profile, everything you published or shared, your cloud backup and the login itself are removed straight away. If you cannot open the app, write to us from the address on the account.
